Designed to cater to the special needs of arbitration and mediation, the facility offers three conference rooms of various sizes and décor, break out rooms, and private consultation rooms for the parties’ use. It is located within walking distance of the historic Rutherford County Courthouse, Murfreesboro’s historic and eclectic Main Street and square, restaurants, shops and the Rutherford County Judicial Building. It is the only facility of its kind in Rutherford County.
