The Arbitration and Mediation Center of Tennessee offers the services of highly qualified professionals specializing in arbitration, mediation, negotiation and law, as well as rental of comfortable, confidential, professional conference rooms.   Designed to cater to the special needs of arbitration and mediation, the facility offers three conference rooms of various sizes and décor, break out rooms, and private consultation rooms for the parties’ use.  It is located within walking distance of the historic Rutherford County Courthouse, Murfreesboro’s historic and eclectic Main Street and square, restaurants, shops and the Rutherford County Judicial Building.  It is the only facility of its kind in Rutherford County.

All conference rooms are equipped with wireless Internet and telephones, available for the parties’ use at no additional cost, and rental of the rooms includes coffee and set ups for drinks, use of the full kitchen, as well as use of  copiers, scanners and fax machines.  Arrangements can also be made for box lunch deliveries or other catered refreshments.

The professional AMC staff welcomes all parties, attorneys, witnesses and other guests into the central reception area of this newly renovated building, and then into the rooms dedicated to arbitration and mediation.  These rooms, with their spacious and confidential arrangement, set the tone for resolution of disputes in a neutral territory, without the contentiousness that often accompanies such procedures in an attorney’s office.

• The Paul G. Blankenship Conference Room is a traditional conference room setting with seating capability of six around a traditional, rectangular conference table. 
• The Richard F. LaRoche Conference Room is a less formal conference setting consisting of four comfortable leather wingback chairs around a large rectangular coffee table. 
• The Arbitration Room is a large, multi-purpose room with seating capability of up to twenty persons around conference tables that are moveable, interchangeable, and can be arranged in many different configurations, depending on your needs.
