The 2011-2012 year of the Tennessee Bar Association is set to commence
with the convention in Chattanooga on June 15-18, 2011. John Blankenship
will chair the Dispute Resolution Section and Mary Beth Hagan will chair
the Construction Section of the TBA. Mary Beth is the first female to
chair the Construction Law Section of the TBA.

John Blankenship and Mary Beth Hagan have been rated by their

Mary Beth Hagan was sworn in at the United States Supreme Court, along
with several other attorneys from the Rutherford/Cannon County Bar
Association, on January 11, 2011. This privilege was accompanied with
meeting the Clerk of the Court prior to the swearing-in ceremony. Mary
Beth joins John Blankenship as a member of the bar of the United States
Supreme Court.
