December 9, 2010
John Blankenship presented a CLE program in Nashville, Tennessee entitled “Managing Your First Arbitration.” The program was offered jointly between the Tennessee Bar Association, American Arbitration Association, College of American Arbitrators, and JAMS and was a great success.

November 19, 2010
John Blankenship and Mary Beth Hagan presented a CLE for the Tennessee Bar Association’s Court Square Series in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. John and Mary Beth focused their presentation on how arbitration is viewed from the arbitrator’s perspective and the advocate’s perspective, and ethical issues that arise in arbitration.

November 5, 2010
John Blankenship assumes the role of President of the Tennessee Association of Construction Counsel. Likewise, Mary Beth Hagan will serve as the Communications Chair for the TACC.
