John T. Blankenship |

John T. Blankenship, founding member of Blankenship, Blankenship & Hagan, PLLC, is a native of Nashville, Tennessee, and a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, the University Of Tennessee College Of Law, and the University of Missouri College of Law LLM program in Alternative Dispute Resolution. His practice is largely devoted to arbitration and mediation, particularly in the area of construction law. He has been on the panel of arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association for approximately 20 years, is a member of the College of Commercial Arbitrators, and is a frequent speaker at seminars on issues arising both out of construction law and out of the practices of arbitration and mediation. He is married to Pat Blankenship and they are the proud parents of four all-but-grown children.

Patricia A. Blankenship |

Pat Blankenship, also a founding member of Blankenship, Blankenship & Hagan, PLLC, is a native of Milan, Tennessee, and a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Martin and the University Of Tennessee College Of Law. Her practice is primarily devoted to probate matters, formation and advising of small businesses, and estate planning. She has taught Business Law at Middle Tennessee State University for several years, both as an adjunct and as a full time instructor, and serves as the managing member of Blankenship, Blankenship & Hagan, PLLC. She is married to John Blankenship and is mother to their four children.

Mary Beth Hagan |

Mary Beth Hagan joined Blankenship & Blankenship, PLLC as an associate in January, 2008, and by January, 2010, had proven herself so valuable to the firm that she was invited to become a member. She is a native of Fairview, Tennessee, and a graduate of Tennessee Technological University and the University Of Tennessee College Of Law, where she was Executive Research Editor of the Law Review and inducted into the Order of the Coif. Her practice is devoted primarily to construction litigation, though she also represents clients in the firm’s business practice, probate practice, and in general civil litigation. She is married to Mike Hagan, and they have two young children.

Sharelle A. Lacey |

Sharelle A. Lacey is joining Blankenship, Blankenship & Hagan, PLLC, as an associate. She is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, and a graduate of Nicholls State University and Thomas M. Cooley School of Law where she was a member of Law Journal and the Mock Trial Board. She first joined Blankenship & Blankenship, PLLC in September 2005 after she evacuated to the Murfreesboro area as a result of Hurricane Katrina in support staff capacity. Sharelle is also licensed in the State of Louisiana and her practice is primarily devoted to personal injury, probate and general civil litigation.
