Both John and Mary Beth have represented general contractors, subcontractors, and owners in matters unique to the construction industry. Our practice is equally divided between commercial construction and residential construction matters. In addition to assisting its clients with the preparation of deeds and related documents, BB&H has significant experience closing large commercial loans, particularly HUD loans. We also assist clients with litigation regarding boundary disputes, clearing title to real property, and related real estate matters.
